Yaayayyyyy everyone, I'm back without a bang.
As promised, I'm going to talk about my trip. Guess who wears makeup at 3:00 am. Obviously people who come to the airport. Apart from flawless people, the new airport was one of the koolest ones because of its honeycomb structure and I got to charge my phone so it was pretty epic because of that too.
Any way, off we went, into the deep blue ground (you could correct me if you want to - I did this on purpose) and movies became my best friend. Birdman was awesome. I liked the uniqueness of the concept more than anything and how they conveyed the need for everyone to be heard and known. Next came PS I love you, and you might want to watch the movie just to see the love, because it is realistically-unreal if that made any sense. Queen had some spunk though and left me on a fresh and positive note before we landed.
What made me fall for London were the parks. People sunbathing while having lunch, sitting in the parks and hanging out isn't something you'll find everywhere. Also the variety of people working and the mixture of races was interesting.

First stop there was the SwamiNarayan Temple. If you're not a believer or don't like temples, don't waste your time going there.Second stop was the London Eye.The highlight of it was spotting well known buildings top view. My sister had carried pictures of how they look like but that proved to be unnecessary because there was an interactive screen that helped you identify buildings. It's really nice and you get the birdseye view, but once you go on it you realise it wasn't as special as you expected it to be. Or maybe I just have high expectations. :P
And that was the end of our touring. LookOutOfTheWindow. Eat. Sleep. RepeatForElevenMoreDays. (Don't worry, it wasn't even close to how boring I make it sound!)

As far as possible, pack sandwiches for lunch in a park under the trees instead of looking for a hotel. It'll turn into a perfect picnic, park visit and you won't have to spend extra lunch money either! ;)
If you're looking for Jain food like we were, you'll definitely get it at Holiday Inn near Heathrow Airport.
